Planning Storyboard for my Vans Commercial

 Slide #1:

In the first scene, me and my friend, Bella, enter the roof of the parking garage at my apartment complex. We will open the door and walk towards the camera, but be unaware of it, as we look at our surroundings. We have our skateboards in our hands, showing that we are going to skate with our Vans. This slide will be a mid-shot and be five seconds long.

Slide #2:

The next scene, both me and her will be putting on and tying our shoes to get ready to skate. The camera will be a little closer to us than the last scene to make the Vans more visible. This will be a two-shot scene.

Slide #3:

In this part of the commercial, we will finally begin skating on the roof of the garage. This will be shot with the background of the city and the park to give more of a view. I will attempt to do a trick doing this scene and it will be a pan camera movement.

Slide #4:

In the fourth scene of the commercial, we will be riding down from a steep hill of a level of the garage and turn around a pillar. This will be shot at a high angle, because we will be riding down fast from the hill. It will be easier to catch us from a higher angle to see us from a farther distance.

Slide #5:

This scene will be shot at a low angle. The plan is for Bella and I to be laying on our back with our shoes in the air. The point of this is to show the difference of the Vans. I have the regular sneakers, while my friend has the slip-on Vans. This scene will present to the audience the different styles of Vans.

Slide #6:

The final scene of the commercial will be a close-up of the Vans, while it is in the motion of skating. The shot will give the audience a better view of the sneaker in action. This scene will also have the Vans logo in the middle of the screen.

Each scene of the commercial will be five seconds long. There will be music playing throughout the video, instead of dialogue.
