Title Research: Art of the Title Website
This website is called the Art of the Title, and I went on it and explored what it had. There were many useful features about different opening sequences of movies. There are even some videos of the opening sequences, and there is sometimes an article or summary about it. It usually talks about the purpose of sequence. There are some really creative title sequences and the summary goes into depth in the effect it has on the audience and film. They have a drop down menu to view all the titles or all features. The titles include hundreds of movies over the past years and information about the sequence. They include a variety of genres and provide information about the directors, the studio, and what program they used for the title sequence. Sometime, the movies also have the interviews of the actors or directors. The features include these categories of title sequences. For example, "Top 10 Title Sequences of 2020" or "American Horror Story:7 Seasons of Title Design." They include both movies and tv shows, and go into depth of how well the title sequence was and the effect it had.
